Absolutely LOVED our experience here! The decor is bright and so fun to look at, the menu was new to me so we ordered several items to share and taste (pics added) The owners are incredible and so sweet. Gave us a ton of attention and information about the culture behind the name. The food truck was already a fav, and the restaurant is a must try!!

If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place. The flavors are deep, fresh, and exactly like what you would find in Vietnam. The staff is incredibly welcoming and provides fast, attentive service. Highly recommended!

Stopped by Monkey Hēm for lunch with a group of friends. I ordered the grilled shrimp vermicelli, and it was full of flavor!

The generous portions, crisp herbs, and balanced flavors really stood out. The fish sauce tied everything together, and the fresh sugar cane juice was the perfect drink alongside it.

For a new brick-and-mortar location, they’re off to a fantastic start. You can tell there’s a lot of care and pride behind the food, and the authenticity shines through. The lunch menu is a little smaller than dinner, which just gives me another reason to come back—I already have my eye on the pho.
